Food Lab Tech (Spokane, WA) Full-time

This solid national company needs someone with experience in the food manufacturing industry to assist in the lab. Collect samples, run analysis on grains and food products, and organize data on spreadsheets. The position requires intermediate computer skills especially in Excel or Access and a basic understanding of chemistry. Knowledge of HACCP and experience in QA/QC would be a plus. Weekend work is required on a rotating basis, $13-15/hr. Tobacco-free facility so non-smokers only.
