Local management firm searching for a construction representative for Coeur d'alene.
This position is responsible for the monitoring of contractor and field staff activities on site. This individual will review the inspection of work under construction, as well as in place, to determine compliance with contract documents.
The ability to read and interpret design plans and make field decisions is required. This individual prepares written reports to document the progress of work including, but not limited to, construction records, progress reports, work orders, change orders, cost estimates, and field correspondence.
The successful candidate has at least 5 years of related experience on construction projects including municipal projects and utilities.
Knowledge of construction methods, standards, applicable codes, and civil/site/transportation design is desired.
This job includes significant drive time, site monitoring and office work.


Location: Coeur d'alene
Compensation: $15 per hour, including drive time and mileage
This is a part-time job.
