- Clean and Neat
- Professional Experience and Tools for at least 8 of the Following Trades: Doors, Windows, Tile, Sheet Flooring, Laminate Flooring, Minor Plumbing, Painting, Drywall, Finish Carpentry, Decks, Bathroom Remodels, Fencing.
