Searching for a Customer Service Representative (Spokane) Full-time

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work with our overall customer service, front desk tasks, and incoming phone call distribution.
Main Duties: * Provide customer service support to the marketing, sales and administrative teams day to day * Generate inventory and sales reports in MS Excel using data from a different sources * Answer and redirect incoming phone calls * Ensure that the client impressed with our product and service * Investigate, handle objections and document calls in contact management system * Must be able to stay organized and pay close attention to details. * Handle flow of paperwork and work with accounting on invoicing and shipping problems
Qualifications: * Super communication and customer service skills * 1 year of previous customer service experience or similar experience desired * Advanced computer knowledge in MS Office * Must be self-directed and capable of working under minimal supervision * Multiple tasks handling ability and meet deadlines * Strong customer service orientation and communication
