Maintenance/Grounds (Northside/Spokane)

Large Northside Apartment Complex looking for a Full Time Maintenance/ Grounds person to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm but who can also be avaliable on call.
Must have General Knowledge in:
Drywall, Painting, Plumbing.
Must have your own transportation.
We are looking for someone who can be self-motivated, works well alone and with others, and has good customer service skills.
