Respectable company seeks Customer Account Representative to work in our team.
Successful seeker will: * Render perfect customer service to orders from policy owners, agents and others mainly by telephone * Receive and process mail * Work out account breakdowns indicating insurance fee activity
Level of proficiency needed: * Excellent mathematics, PC and calculator skills * Excellent communication experience * Experience in working with insurance policies and a comprehension of company circulation of documents and principles of operation is an advantage * One year of online database support practice and practice working in identical position * Skills in using online communication facilities and knowledge of accounting, policy, billing and requests systems * Advantage to high school graduate
