Civil Attorney-Kootenai County
Salary: Up to $70,000-DOE
Deadline: 3/19/10
Responsible for representing the County in various civil matters, including litigation and administrative proceedings; provides legal and risk management advice; drafts, reviews, and negotiates contracts and agreements; attends public meetings and hearings; drafts and interprets resolutions and ordinances. 2 yrs exp. reqÂ’d; must be licensed to practice in the State of Idaho.
