¬Position Overview:
The Solution Developer is level-2 technical position with Cerium Networks. The position is held within the Information Technology department and reports directly to the Network Administrator. The Solution Developer is responsible for custom development within Cerium including but not limited to custom programming and development on Microsoft Dynamics platforms.
Responsibilities:
Technical Skill Level Requirements:
• MSCD
• SQL Server and SQL Reporting Services
• Microsoft Office SharePoint Server
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Microsoft Dynamics Solomon
• VBScript/ASP/ASP.NET
• C#
• JavaScript
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assess current development projects and recommend enhancement strategies
• Define and implement technical solutions to defined business problems working with diverse technical and non-technical staff
• Analyze business requirements for use in design and programming.
• Create Documentation on existing and new projects
• Work with management to develop tools to enhance internal processes
• Work with management to develop and streamline reporting processes
Qualifications:
• A Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or related field and at least 2 years of experience in application architecture, design and development of Web-based applications or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Solid technical documentation skills, excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task and to work closely with management to meet demanding deadlines.
Voice Network Operations:
• Ensure availability of Cerium’s Voice solutions
Measurement:
Work Performance, reviewed annually, will be measured on the uptime of the solutions, the timely completion of assigned projects and the achievement of agreed upon objectives within given time frames. Location: Spokane, WA
