POSITION SUMMARY:
Serve as initial contact for end users by responding to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches and resolves technical

problems. Document, track and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
Serve as "Help Desk" contact for users.
Troubleshoot and resolve PC software and hardware.
Setup computers including install and configuration of the OS (Windows XP), NIC, drivers and appropriate software.
Support software installed on all corporate PCs including but not limited to Windows 2000, Windows XP, MS Outlook and MS Office.
Develop and maintain an understanding of FCH user needs and how these are addressed by our systems.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to troubleshoot basic PC related issues.
Must have good customer service skills.
Self-sufficiency using Windows based applications (MS Office).
Associate's Degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
Be able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Follow established procedures and guidelines.
Ability to work in an organized manner and meet deadlines.
Ability to work under direct supervision as a team member.
Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills.
