Apartment Manager will be responsible for taking rents, processing new applicants for tenancy, and dealing with property management issues. Experience with Section 42 Tax Credit is helpful, but not required. On-site housing will be provided after successful completion of the probationary period. You MUST be self-motivated, willing and ready to learn. You should also possess basic computer skills, including e-mail, use of Word and minor use of MS Excel. Qualified Applicants will be able to pass a criminal background check and possess good interpersonal communication skills.

Person hired will be granted an apartment upon successful completion of a probationary period.
