Full time Maintenance Technician needed for 297 unit apartment complex. Will be responsible for maintenance, pools, grounds, customer service and supplies. Experience in paint and drywall touchup. Misc. carpentry skills as well as plumbing and electrical exposure. General background in construction processes.
