P/T and On Call Caregiver (Sullivan Park Assisted Living) Part-time

Sullivan Park Assisted Living is looking for a qualified, P/T and On Call caregiver (with the potential to work into full time).
Must have current CPR, First Aid, Food Handlers Card and Fundamentals of Caregiving. This position requires weekend availability, and you must be on call during the week.
