Asphalt paving maintenance company located in Spokane Valley is accepting applications for a Driver/operator/laborer position (this position will encompass all three positions) Preference is given to candidates that have a current CDL. Qualified candidates will meet the following criteria:
• Must be able to work when needed on short notice.
• Must be able to go on short overnight trips for jobs as needed.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
• For safety reasons, must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Must provide documentation of authorization to work in the United States
Employees are expected to provide top quality workmanship, work efficiently, display a commitment to quality work, and work as part of a team. Employees must understand and carry out oral and written directions in order to accomplish assigned tasks in a timely manner, and have the ability to operate the specialized tools and equipment used in performing work in the asphalt paving industry. This job requires regular lifting, bending, stooping, and manipulation of objects over 50 pounds. Dependable transportation a must. We are a drug free workplace and perform random drug testing..
