Call Center Manager (Spokane WA)

Manager needed for 24/7 Call Center. Busy, international company with high growth. Must have experience in hiring, scheduling, training and analyzing reports. Must be able and willing to work shifts in the call center as needed and handle HR issues as they arise. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Flexibility in personal schedule and ability to see trends and react accordingly is critical. Important to bring forward marketing ideas for promotion of call center, and maintain open communication with upper level management. Salary and bonus will be structured in accordance with experience and ability to deliver results. Individuals without call center management experience will not be considered for this position.
