Duties associated with this position include the following:
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly volume goals for client presentations, applications taken, submissions and funded loans •
• Develop business goals to achieve a minimum of $500,000 per month in funded volume and a goal of $1+ million per month•
• Prospect for potential mortgage business, generating own leads in order to meet minim minimum funded volume goals
• Have a clear understanding of WJB value proposition to maximize market share quality and overall performance
