Office Assistant 3/Ward Clerk (Spokane)

Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) for 100 bed, long term care facility. Full time position with outstanding state benefits. JOB DUTIES: Confidentially assist in the management of the nursing unit clerical functions to include scheduling appointments and transportation for residents, receptionist, unit filing, maintain database logs, prepare and maintain medical charts, etc. REQUIRED: HS diploma or GED AND 2 years of clerical experience. Must pass criminal background check and undergo annual TB testing. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: HUC certification, medical terminology and filing experience, EHR knowledge/experience.
