Job Description:
Working independently and with the marketing staff, the GRAPHIC DESIGNER creates and delivers a variety of corporate literature and promotional materials. Through the planning and organizing of print, web, and email marketing materials, tradeshows and speaking engagements, this role will help position, describe, and promote Bernardo-Wills Architects and its services. The Graphic Designer also assists professional staff with the creation of presentations and graphics to support the architectural projects of the firm.
Job Responsibilities:
-Design and execute graphics, art and visual content.
-Work with marketing staff to design and produce promotional materials, statements of qualifications, collateral, presentations, award applications, press releases and general communications pieces.
-Assist marketing staff with design and content updates to web site.
-Create ad layout for newspapers, trade magazines, directories, etc.
-Work with professional staff to create graphics and presentation materials for architectural, interiors and landscape architecture projects of the firm.
-Create and execute artwork and displays for BWA offices.
-Support Bernardo-Wills ArchitectsÂ’ outreach and presence at various community relations activities.
Qualifications:
-BachelorÂ’s Degree in graphic design or related field with at least two-years related experience
-Advanced design, layout, and color management skills.
-Outgoing, enthusiastic, and collaborative team player with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, incorporate feedback, and improve the process.
-Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
