Our customer is seeking temporary-to-full-time customer service/call center representatives at their state-of-the-art call center in Coeur d Alene.
Our ideal candidate is a team player with:
Previous customer service experience
Good PC skills with a solid understanding of PC navigation
Outstanding listening and communication skills
A pleasant and professional telephone manner
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment is a must!
In this role, you will work in a casual environment:
Proactively assessing customer needs
Providing service to customers
Resolving customer inquiries
Providing customers with account information
Resolving or referring billing disputes
Responding to fee and finance charge questions
Completing account maintenance
Accepting card and check orders
Acting on lost and stolen cards or checks
You must be able to attend three weeks of paid classroom training from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. After training you will work a 40 hour per week set schedule, including every other weekend. Optional overtime may be available.
