We have an opening for a part-time Verifications Specialist in our Spokane call center. The shift is Monday through Friday, beginning at 7:00am. This is not a tele-sales position.
The job requires the ability to work both over the phone and on the computer simultaneously in a professional manner.
• Must be able to read, write and conduct brief business interviews in English & Spanish
• Ability to navigate the web efficiently to obtain information
• Ability to learn and utilize internal computer applications efficiently
• Job requires good grammar and spelling/writing capabilities
IDEAL BACKGROUNDS: Skip Tracing, Credit/Collections in combination with strong customer service orientation -
NOTE: ABILITY TO SPEAK SPANISH IS MANDATORY
Skills/Qulifications
Minimum of 1-2 years demonstrated experience working in a customer service environment such as a call center or related, handling orders/problem solving over the phone working with multiple customers
Strong working knowledge/experience learning and usling multiple computer applications including databases, internet research capabilities
Experience managing detailed information/data input
Experience working with information in a time-sensitive/production environment
-Friendly and professional work environment.
-Background screens are conducted on all new hires.
