Franz Bakery has an immediate need for a full time merchandiser, 32-40 hours per week for the Spokane area. Qualified candidates will be stocking bakery products in local grocery stores, arranging bakery products, creating eye appealing displays and ensuring quality customer service.
• Must have a SOLID work history; 1+ years at previous employers; 6+ months experience in industry and sales preferred.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical, and be at least 18 years of age
• Must have own reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with proof of vehicle insurance (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Must have a clean driving record and provide a current driving abstract from the department of licensing prior to an interview
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly, plus maneuver large bulky racks of product
• Must be available to work between the hours of 5 a.m. and 7 p.m. weekdays AND weekends; schedule to be discussed at time of interview
• Must have a positive safe work ethic and be reliable
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must join the Teamster Union
