Bookkeeper/Office Manager (Spokane) Full-time

Locally owned aircraft conversion company is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our office staff.
This position will encompass many facets of accounting including:
• General Ledger
• Cash Management
• Accounts Payable
• Inventory Management
• Accounts Receivable
• Payroll/Payroll Tax reporting
• Employee benefit tracking
• WA State B&O/Sales Tax reporting
• Account reconciliations
• Experience in developing processes and procedures
• Knowledge of accounting principles and accounting software (preferred experience with MYOB)
• An excellent understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office Excel/Word
• General Office experience & answering multiple phone lines
• Must be a team player and be flexible with the demands of day to day operations and changes
• Eligible candidates must have a minimum of an AA degree and five (5) years verifiable manufacturing/wholesale accounting employment history Location: Spokane
