About the job:
Established Hayden business is looking for another graphic designer to join the team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, creative, team-oriented, and able to work part time.
What you’ll do:
Create the companyÂ’s graphic design projects from concept to completion including catalogs, packaging, sell sheets, tradeshow materials, advertisements, photo art direction, mock-up packaging, point of purchase displays, and other printed material as required.

• Work directly with senior management to discuss creative direction and produce artwork that meets project requirements
• Assist Marketing and Sales to produce artwork for packaging, collateral material, advertising, print media, and web material
• Research current trends in design, fashion, lifestyle and technology to create cutting-edge design materials that directly target desired consumer segment
• Coordinate and produce lifestyle photo shoots
• Retouch and color correct product photography as required
• Archive, according to established standards, electronic mechanical files for future use and reference
• Problem solve emergency design projects quickly, while maintaining hi design standards.
  Experience and skills required:
• Associates degree in graphic design or equivalent experience; 2-5 years in graphic design or equivalent industry
• Ability to react quickly and take appropriate action to changes in project requirements or timelines
• Ability to multi-task within deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to direct vendors and build effective relationships
• Excellent professional communication skills, verbal and written
• Excellent project management skills

*Awareness of current graphic design and lifestyle trends *Ability to compose original professional correspondence
