With more than 30 years experience in the petroleum industry, PetroCard is the leader in Cardlock and Mobile Fueling and rank as one of Washington's Top 100 Private Companies. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Fuel Dispatcher for our Spokane office.
Overview:
Order and dispatch product deliveries to cardlock locations, commercial and retail accounts by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Determine type and volume of products required at cardlock, retail and customer locations.
Works to achieve maximum utilization of company owned transportation assets.
Ensures run-outs and retains at cardlock, retail and customer locations are avoided.
Build good relationships with product suppliers, company drivers and common carriers.
Prepares daily reports to track deliveries.
Perform special projects as needed.
If you possess great customer service skills, a strong work ethic, the ability to multi-task, and have and Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience you will want to apply here!
Petroleum dispatch experience preferred but not required.
This employee is required to lift report binders and boxes of computer paper up to 25 pounds.
