Now hiring part time Shift Leaders (with the potential of working up to 39 hours per week)
for soon to be the best Convenience Store in town! This store will be located in next to Northern Quest Resort and Casino in Airway Heights.
Summary of Functions
This position provides basic oversight of Team Members and C-Store operations during a specific shift. Follow cash handling procedures and other duties as necessary to ensure a smoothly run shift while maintaining a sincere, caring and personable image for the guest and team. Maintain company standards of quality, service and facility cleanliness and sanitation and safety.
Qualifications
HS Diploma or GED required and 1 to 2 years of related experience; Ability to speak effectively before customers; Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages; Ability to apply concepts of basic math; Team building skills; Basic to intermediate computer literacy is required; Ability to work with no supervision; Ability to manage time effectively; Knowledge of POS systems preferred; A propensity to provide Superior Guest Service; Maintain smile and pleasant demeanor
