Franz Bakery has an immediate need for a part-time merchandiser to work 10-12 hours a week in the Coeur dÂ’Alene area. Qualified candidates will be stocking bakery products in local grocery stores, arranging bakery products, creating eye appealing displays and ensuring quality customer service.
Minimum Requirements:
• Must have a SOLID work history; 1+ years at previous employers
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical, and be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have own reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with proof of vehicle insurance for delivery of product in your own vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Must have a clean driving record and provide a current driving abstract from the department of licensing prior to an interview.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly, plus maneuver large bulky racks of product.
• Must be available to work between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. weekdays AND weekends; exact hours to be discussed at time of interview.
• Must be willing to join Teamsters Union upon hire
• Must have a positive safe work ethic and be reliable
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
