The Project Manager is responsible for scheduling and project management to ensure on-time delivery to the customer. The position will serve as the primary interface with our clientÂ’s project team, conveying technical, schedule and financial information in a timely and professional manner. You will also lead scope definition and clarification meetings to properly and completely characterize project requirements. The position will lead submittal coordination, preparation and delivery to customer. The Project Manager will communicate with accounting to determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for projects. The position will provide project updates and communication as needed by internal and external customers. You will interface with general contractors and must be familiar with reading and commenting on construction drawings.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Concurrent management of numerous industrial treatment system projects
• Oversee all aspects of project coordination from sales hand off to on time, on budget and quality delivery
• Prepare project COGS Estimates and Project Schedule of Values
• Evaluate project plans and specifications and coordinate compliant project submittal
• Coordinate the control systems integration, mechanical, structural and plumbing design efforts compliant with contract, project plans and specifications
Minimum Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years managing technical or construction projects
• Strong analytical skills, i.e., the ability to analyze results to determine key findings
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong presentation, analysis, and negotiating skills
• Experience analyzing technical drawings, construction plans and specifications.
• Ability to manage numerous projects concurrently
• Strong computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, MS Project and Adobe Pro

The Project Manager position is offered a base salary of $44-54k, DOE, with performance bonuses, Medical, paid holidays, and vacation.
