Banner Bank is seeking a Software Engineer.
Their role will be to design, execute and assess, and troubleshoot software programs and applications supporting the operational, tactical and strategic objectives of the business enterprise. This includes configuring, coding, developing, and documenting software specifications throughout the project life cycle. Will also oversee projects and system startups and provide support to other departments where required.
This is a hands-on position, requiring competent skills in research, problem solving, programming, quality assurance, and project management. Will collaborate and confer with clients, management, vendors and other groups at Banner Bank, to ensure alignment between business priorities and department initiatives.
Four-year degree in software engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent work experience required. Must possess strong planning, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Looking for someone technically fluent in programming languages. Preferably C#, ASP.net, and Transact SQL. SQL Database and operating systems experience including SSIS, SSAS, & SSRS. Proficiency preferred with current releases of platforms such as Windows SharePoint Services, Internet Information Server, Microsoft Office SharePoint, Windows Server, Windows, Visual Studio, and Team Foundation Server.
