A nationally franchised womens lingerie store has a need for a full-time Retail Store Manager for their Spokane location. Seeking career minded sales professional with a strong drive for results, who will ensure visual merchandising and presentation to enhance daily sales performance. Responsible to hire, train, coach, and lead sales staff, manager will provide superior customer service, maintain store facilities, ensure safety and security for guests and staff, prepare cash reports and merchandise orders, plus other tasks pertaining to management of a successful store. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must be a hard worker with a strong drive for sales success. Must have top-notch customer service and people skills. Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and a creative team builder. Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task. MUST be female for the purpose of assisting women in fitting intimate apparel and clothing items and for maintaining conventional standards of personal privacy.


Location: Spokane
Compensation: Starting $25,000 to $30,000 a year salary depending on experience. Bonuses paid if sales goals are reached.
