INB is searching for an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor/Closer to work as part of the mortgage team to process, close, and fund loan packages. Specific duties include processing loan documents efficiently, submitting loan packages to underwriting, preparing instructions for attorneys, ensuring collection of fees, responding to customer inquiries, and providing administrative assistance to the Mortgage Dept Manager. High school diploma or equivalent & one year of experience in a mortgage department required. Mortgage loan processing & closing experience required.
