Multi Million dollar location is seeking a Store General Manager for a current open position located at the Spokane Valley Mall. The store General Manager is responsible for delivering the key financial results for the location by building a top level staff, providing training and coaching/development, and creating a shared vision. Well developed recruitment and coaching are required. Performance management and hte use of goals and measureables is required.
SGMs manage approx 15 associates across manufacturing, retail, and medical disciplines in one location. Training offered. We are looking for the foundational skills of people management, drive results, talent enhancement, and business building as core competencies. Candidates should posess 5+ years of managing at a high level and a BA.
