VPI Quality Windows, a well established local manufacturer is seeking an equipment maintenance technician. The successful candidate will have a degree in electronics or robotics with five years minimum experience repairing automated machinery. Must be very organized, able to manage multiple tasks throughout the day while paying particular attention to detail. Must possess excellent mechanical and electrical skills. Must possess excellent trouble shooting skills to quickly repair machines to avoid long down time.
Experience in wire- feed welding and machining preferred. Clean driving record a must and able to work all required hours. Possesses the ability to use all types of hand tools and power tools. Must be able to convert decimals to fractions and use measuring devices, e.g. measuring tape, calipers and micrometers. Must possess experience in TPM. Hand tools are provided by the employee. The company will provide all special tools that are specific to our equipment.

Location: Spokane Valley
Compensation: Wage starts at $18/hr or more, DOE.
