Our Store Manager is responsible for the operations of an Oil Can HenryÂ’s service center to create growth and profitability, and ensure quality is maintained in accordance with Oil Can HenryÂ’s standardized operating procedures. The Store Manager monitors and improves customer service, cost of goods, labor, controllable expenses and other factors necessary to maximize center performance and profitability.
Starting salary is $32-34,000/year, plus monthly bonuses.

Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years experience in Management. Preferred industries include; Automotive Parts, Tire Centers, Automotive Quick Lube, or Retail.
-Mechanical aptitude.
-Customer service and sales ability.
-Ability to work well in a fast paced environment.
-Training experience.
-Leadership skills.
-Positive attitude.
-High degree of professionalism and discipline.
Training for this position requires one to be able to travel to the Portland, OR area for up to 6 weeks. Accommodations and transportation paid for by the company. Location: Spokane/CDA locations
Compensation: Starting salary is $32-34,000/year, plus monthly bonuses.
