Business Associates has an exciting job opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist/Benefits
Specialist. The ideal candidate will
have a broad HR background, with experience in the following areas: managing
self-insured health & welfare benefits, aiding in the development of
policies & procedures, daily use of HR and payroll databases, providing
exceptional customer service, and serving as a point of contact for internal
and external clients regarding various HR issues. This
position plays an intricate role on our team to cover various areas of Human
Resources daily as well as throughout peak times in the department. Inland Imaging has a complex business structure
serving clients in multiple cities and companies. We offer an excellent salary and benefits

Qualifications:

·        
2-4 Years of Human Resources Generalist
experience

·        
Previous Benefits Administration highly desired

·        
Healthcare knowledge/experience highly desired

·        
Exceptional customer service skills

·        
Excellent written and verbal communication
skills

·        
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced
& multi-disciplinary environment

·        
Knowledge of current federal and state laws
affecting Human Resources
