The Opportunity: Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) seeks a professional, innovative and detailed individual for our Video Production Specialist position. If you are looking for a ground floor opportunity where you can apply your experience and ideas, then this may be the position for you!

Video Production SpecialistResponsibilities: Shoot, produce, edit, maintain, and update video and audio for use on SEL websites and other multimedia as well as for SEL meetings, training sessions, and events.
Create supporting material such as titles and graphics.
Recommend audio/video equipment and supplies.
Record and optimize voice-over material.
Stay up to date with new technological advances.
Develop and follow video production processes.Qualifications: Applicable associate?s degree plus three years related work experience
Experience with web video encoding, streaming optimization, and hosting
Knowledge of and ability using video production equipment, lighting, and shot composition
Experience using state-of-the-art video editing software
Expertise with video and audio systems
Expertise with Microsoft Office
Self-motivated and able to work on projects independently as well as with a team
