Responsibilities: The office assistant will be responsible for working directly with the CEO to run day to day office activities. Activities include inside sales - which consist of providing outstanding customer service, quoting industrial equipment, tracking and receiving orders and shipping equipment as needed - marketing new products, maintaining companyÂ’s client database and scheduling educational trainings.
Competencies: Applicants should be a clear communicator, self motivated, flexible, responsible, and should have strong organizational and interpersonal skills to plan and prioritize work.
Skill Sets: Applicants should demonstrate a successful and stable work history, with at least 2 years direct sales and or administrative experience. Candidates must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite products and have a basic knowledge of QuickBooks.
