NOW HIRING: SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

We are looking to fill one (2) positions in our Sales/Customer Service Department by August 13, 2010. We are looking for a compassionate individual who is genuine in character and personable in manner. The selected candidate will spend two (2) weeks training at 40-50 hours per week, and then facilitate customer relations with middle class working families throughout Spokane/CDA area. We are looking for an outgoing, fun loving person, who enjoys working hard, and moving up the corporate ladder based on their own merit. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are important. Ideal candidate has 2 years sales/customer service experience or some combination of college level courses and functional work experience and a flexible/adaptable schedule.

Our company specializes in work benefits for labor union members. Our representatives specialize in tailoring benefit programs to the specific needs of each union member and his or her family.

The process begins when the union member signs up and expresses interest in receiving his or her benefits during the open enrollment period. The representative contacts the member based on the information they have been provided and determines what benefit programs they are interested in. We then ask qualifying questions regarding income, health, and habits and determine whether the member will qualify. If the member qualifies, the representative must assist in the enrollment process with the proper forms and questionnaires.

This position is full-time with reimbursed health insurance benefits after ninety (90) days of tenure.
