Sr Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Senior Level Engineering Technician with knowledge and
skills in electronic and/or mechanical assembly to join our production team.
You will be involved in multiple precision ElectroMechanical production
projects and prototypes, as well as instrumentation, automation, and
measurement.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
•Electronics engineering technician degree or equivalent
•Minimum 5 years progressive electro‐mechanical experience
•Ability to troubleshoot electronic devices and circuit boards
•Experienced with use of common test equipment such as Oscilloscopes,
Logic Analyzers, and Power Supplies
•Collaboration, teamwork and communication skills
•Check clearances and dimensions using precision measuring devices.
•Troubleshoot units on test stands, make necessary adjustments and repairs.
•Capable of working from electronic schematics/mechanical drawings, as well
as written or verbal instructions.
•Determine methods and sequences of assembly operations and the types
of tooling needed where complete information is not readil available.
•Works from and interprets engineering drawings and diagrams that do not
necessarily contain detailed information of all operatins.
•Defines and suggests changes required in testing equipment, testing
procedures, manufacturing processes or new testing requirements.
• Performs moderately complex duties in the area of mechanical,
electro‐mechanical or production/test
•Construct, troubleshoot, calibrate, adjust, test and maintain equipment,
components, devices or systems.
•Determine methods, operations and sequences and set procedures for
calibration, test or alignment.
•Design and improvise test equipment, tools and fixtures. Recommend
changes or modifications to improve the operation or quality of products and
equipment

include precision measurement systems, data acquisition tools, brushless
servo motors, wind generators, and turn‐key assemblies. These motion

mechanical, electrical, optical, wireless, firmware, software and manufacturing.
In addition to our team of assembly and engineering technicians, we employ
several master machinists and electrical, mechanical and software engineers.
