ConAm Property Mgmt is currently seeking a Property Manager to oversee a 278 unit apartment community in Fresno, CA. The Property Manager administers & maintains all phases of community operations, under the direction of a Portfolio Manager. Specific areas of responsibility include resident relations and retention, budget control and administration, personnel functions, leasing, marketing and oversight of maintenance. Previous residential property management experience required. Candidate will also possess excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills. Experience in MRI and affordable housing experience a plus. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision & 401(K) plan.
