Job Title: Product Manager
Full Time
Overview of role and responsibilities: The product manager provides leadership that drives total store results with specific ownership of merchandise flow and visual merchandising processes. The product manager drives results by developing and executing short term action plans and long term strategies. The product manager supports growth in sales and improvement in customer service and ensures maximum productivity, profitability and compliance with company policy and procedures.
Qualifications:
Demonstrates ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty
Demonstrates strong visual merchandising skills
Proven ability to effectively delegate, follow up and communicate with all levels of the organization
Demonstrates business acumen with strong strategic and analytical skills
Schedule flexibility in include evenings, weekends and non-business hours
Previous management or supervisory experience
