Web and Graphics Designer
Responsibilities:
• Develops websites supplying HTML/CSS code and website technical expertise.
• Designs and produces marketing collateral such as print advertising, direct mail, email blasts, and various other promotional materials.
• Designs and produces online advertising (i.e. banners, pop-ups, sales presentations) and corporate online materials.
• Works with Marketing Manager to execute campaigns and materials in a desired time frame.
• Conducts audio/visual production and processing to support multi-media collateral development.
• Balances creative expertise with marketing objectives and timelines.
• Works effectively in fast-paced environment with changing deadlines and deliverables.
Required Skills:
• Able to work independently with a minimal direct supervision.
• Detail oriented and deadline driven.
• Advanced skills with web design and graphics development tools: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Flash, ActionScripts, Fireworks, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of printing process and production.
• Knowledge of principles of layout, grid concepts, typography, photography, and placement of copy and logos.
• Skill and experience designing eye-catching and effective graphics.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate on ideas in cross-functional team.
• Knowledge of general marketing and advertising principles.
• Good color management skills.
• Photographic experience is a plus
Associate or Bachelor degree is desirable – Will consider candidates presently in school close to completion of degree who have at least 3 years of above experience. Internship or work experience with a reputable advertising agency is a plus.
Will require at least 30-day trial period (contractor status) before the employment could start. We are a drug free workplace.

Compensation: $12 - $16 DOE
