Dynamic Recruiting a growing local staffing and recruiting company, is looking for a driven and dedicated Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for new graduates or for someone looking to break into the HR world.
Primary duties include the following:
• Sourcing of resumes from internal and external databases
• Recruiting candidates for a range of openings
• Conducting phone screens and interviews to help with recruiting and staffing needs
• Tracking candidate and client information as well as maintaining Excel spreadsheets and other informational databases
• Posting job descriptions to online databases
• Following up with candidate resume submittals and questions
Minimum qualifications:
• Must be a self-motivated go-getter who loves a busy and “dynamic” work environment
• Ability to think strategically, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to a broad range of audiences through both verbal and written means
• General Human Resources knowledge
• MS Office experience including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Typing, 10 key, and phone skills

Education:
• Bachelors Degree Preferred
Status, Location, Physical Requirements:
Compensation: DOE
Wage Status: Non-exempt
Location: Spokane, WA

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods of time, operate a computer, use both hands, read, talk, see and hear, walk up and down stairs, and lift 25 lbs.
