We are currently hiring an Admin/Office Assistant. This position is fulltime (40 Hrs/wk). Our office hours are 8AM - 5PM Monday - Friday.
Duties will include but are not limited to; filing, answering phones, job file audits, collections, accounts rec/pay and general admin. support.
MUST be a team player and willing to complete tasks outside of job description when needed. Prior administrative experience is necessary but we are willing to provide additinal training to the right person.
The Ideal Candidate will possess the following skills/traits;
Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Quickbooks & Facebook pref'd
Valid Drivers License
Dependable
Honest
Hard working
Very Organized/Efficient
Personable and Outgoing with excellent Customer Service Skills
Quick Learner
Self-motivated
MUST have reliable transportation (Our office is located in Greenacres. No public transportation is available to the office.)
MUST be able to pass: Background/Criminal History Check - Drug Test - Reference Check
