About the Opportunity
We are looking for high performance Sales Manager that can think on their feet, manage a high volume flagship location and a dynamic sales staff to deliver outstanding sales results and extraordinary customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have will be able to lead by example, coach and develop a team to that can identify how to best meet the customers¢Â€Â™ needs and close the sale while providing outstanding customer service. We will provide you the knowledge needed to be an industry leader, including device and technical training, sales techniques and customer service skills. You need to provide the ambition, accountability for results and a proven leadership track record.
We are looking for talented leaders with the following skills and traits:
-5 years of high performance retail sales and operations management
-Proven ability to effectively convey information in a dynamically changing industry
-A history of developing other managers from your staff and promoting to new stores
-Using logic and reasoning to identify alternate solutions or approaches to staff and customers issues
-Experience managing flexible schedules and working retail hours, weekends and holidays as needed
-Current or recent experience managing 6-8 sales associates who deliver outstanding personal performance.
-Provide documentation on their previous success and references from both current and former employees and managers.
