Hotstart has an opening for a Manufacturing/Quality Engineer. The leader in the area of engine preheating design and production, we are looking for a candidate to design and implement improvements to current manufacturing methods, inspection and test processes, as well as new product solutions. The position requires a team oriented person to use their skills and knowledge to meet demands from multiple areas of the company to assist in the analysis of product requirements and specifications, corrective action processes, quality management system maintenance, continuous improvement activities, quality awareness training and managing receiving/outgoing quality functions along with supplier performance and auditing. Requirements: BS/MS in ME, IE, MfgE or equivalent. Minimum 5 years experience in commercial manufacturing, experience with tooling, machining, lean manufacturing and Solid Works are desired.
