Inland Imaging Business Associates has an exciting job opportunity for a Helpdesk Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a broad IT background, which may include experience in the following areas: Resolving hardware, PC, printer, networking, domain, telecommunication and software problems, researching unresolved IS issues for medical applications, and following through with phone call & email requests. How do you become part of this dynamic environment?
Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in MIS, information science, computer science, software, engineering, business, other related field or equivalent experience
• Healthcare knowledge/experience highly desired
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced & multi-disciplinary environment
• Experience with troubleshooting IS problems
• Knowledge of PC Hardware/Software engineering
