IT Support Specialist - Help Desk (Spokane Valley) Full-time

This position will provide frontline support to end users on IT related issues. The individual will perform installation, repair and troubleshooting of PCs and peripheral equipment and also support our Windows network environment and PC applications. Also responsible for administering the SharePoint IT HelpDesk application, facilitating information flow on complex issues between IT and the rest of the organization.

Qualifications: two years of education/related experience; familiar with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) demonstrated skill at computer-related troubleshooting activities; experience with PC hardware and software operation and configurations; experience administering a Windows Server 2003 Networking environment; must have strong multi-tasking skills and be able to work in a face paced environment; excellent communication and customer service skills, active involvement in outdoor activities is a plus.
