Seeking a long term, full time Administrative Assistant for Distribution Company
Duties include (but not limited to): answering phones, organizing and maintaining filing systems, creating and updating spreadsheets, database administration, preparing fax /send emails, admin to sales force, marketing assistance, and anything else required as needed.
We are seeking the following attributes and experience:
• Excellent verbal communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent personal and professional etiquette.
•.ACT sales database helpful but will train
• Detail-oriented with strong initiative and follow up skills.
• Must be very reliable and responsible.
• Must be very proficient with all MS Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc).
• Must have excellent communication skills, great attitude, great personality, and professionalism.
Dress code: casual
M-F 8:00am to 4:30pm with ½ hr lunch
