Customer Service Rep - Software Company (Post Falls)

We are seeking someone to work full time as a Customer Support representative. This is a challenging position with a small dynamic company. Only motivated workers who can focus on tasks need apply. Wage will depend on experience and competency. $10 hr
Requirements: Must be computer literate, including MS Office, and Internet terminology. Ability to type, answer customers questions, provide customer support & training to users of our software package, be well-organized, trustworthy, and be able to work efficiently without constant supervision. Desire to assist with ideas and willing to do whatever needs to be done. Dynamic personality desired.
• We are located in Post Falls, Idaho with an additional office in Fort Collins, CO.
