TROI IT Solutions, an Eastern Washington based technology consulting and management firm is continuing to grow! We are in search of a high caliber individual with 5- 7 yearÂ’s progressively responsible Systems Engineering experience to join our growing IT Services/Consulting firm.

The qualified candidate will provide direct support to TROI clients by performing System Engineering related tasks in TROIÂ’s environment andor on client premises. This position will work both independently and with a team of engineers to deploy traditional, hosted, and managed solutions to our customer base. Significant proficiency is required in the concept of systems design, deployment review, requirements definition, systems transition planning, and supporting customer defined systems integration tasks. Regional travel and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Etc.

• Design, deployment and support experience with Terminal Server and Citrix technologies including Presentation ServerXenApp.

• Design, deployment and support experience with Virtual Technologies including VMware ESX 3.5, vShpere 4 and VDI.

• Design, deployment and support experience with SANNAS technologies from EMC, Dell, HP, and IBM systems.

• Certifications such as an MCSE, VCP, CCA or commensurate experience are advantageous.

• Excellent communications, interpersonal and customer support skills.

• Ability to document system solutions and follow outlined processes.

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
