Northwest Bedding Company is seeking to fill available positions in our warehouse/delivery department for Delivery Driver. Candidates will be presentable in appearance and possess excellence customer service skills with the ability to complete order paperwork. The successful candidate will be able to physically demonstrate a lift requirement in excess of 100 pounds on a frequent basis. The successful candidate will also have attained the age of 21 (in order to drive across state lines), have a current driverÂ’s license, a clean driving record, be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and pre-employment psychological assessment. Previous delivery truck experience, industrial manufacturing or industrial warehousing experience preferred.
This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. Current rates of pay range are hourly and paydays are every 2 weeks. Other benefits include, depending on length of employment:

Normal work weeks, are either a Monday - Friday schedule or a Tuesday - Saturday schedule. Normal workdays, are from either 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., or 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. However, depending on the time of year and customer demand, our delivery/warehouse personnel can expect significant opportunities for overtime hours.
We are looking for team-oriented and goal-oriented individuals with an eye toward detail, who can interact in a professional manner with customers, possess a strong work ethic, with cautious and safe work habits.
